ABOUT US
KELLY KILEY - Owner & Lead Designer
Kelly is an award-winning designer who has over a decade of experience in interior design and merchandising. She has won multiple GALA and MAX awards for her model home designs. It was Kelly’s innate passion for art and design that lead her to study Architecture at the Savannah College of Art & Design. After receiving her BFA of Architecture in 2009, she realized it was interior design that was her true passion and calling. Merging the two concentrations, she went on to study Interior Architecture & Design at the Academy of Art University, where she received her master’s degree in 2012.
Kelly began designing residential interiors while in college. Upon graduating, she took a position with a high-end furniture retailer which had a client base that included areas in Maryland, DC and Northern VA. From there she went on to design model home and commercial interiors for a firm based in Annapolis, MD. This experience gave her a more extensive knowledge of the design industry, its connections and its capacities. She continued to cultivate her architectural background with her practice of interior design and has developed a more thorough execution of interior architecture.
STEVEN KILEY - Design & Project Management
Steven brings over ten years of Construction Management and Architectural Design to Kiley Design Group. Much of that time was as a project manager for a custom home builder in Annapolis, MD where he would collaborate with architects, engineers and fellow industry professionals on projects scaling from additions and small remodels to million-dollar custom homes. It is through this experience he has become fluent in all phases of the building process; from the design to permits through constuction.
Steven graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art & Design. His innate passion for architectural relevance and modern aesthetic has been an asset to KDG, as he strongly holds an accurate design measure to many of their renovation projects. It is this and his acute organization methods that clients lean on and appreciate most when building their projects.
